This page explains how we decide what to publish on Nitric Boost Ultra Guide, where our information comes from, and how we keep our affiliate relationship from shaping our conclusions.

Who writes our content

All articles are written and edited by Quoc Nguyen, MSc, a biology scientist. We do not currently have a medical doctor or registered dietitian reviewing our pages, and we will not pretend otherwise. When a topic needs medical judgment, such as whether a supplement is safe with a specific medication, we say so and send you to your own doctor.

Our standards

  • Evidence first. We base ingredient claims on human research where it exists. When only lab or animal studies are available, we say so plainly.
  • No disease claims. Supplements are not medicines. We describe how nutrients support normal body functions and never claim a product treats, cures or prevents a disease.
  • Dose honesty. An ingredient that works at 6 grams may do little at 600 milligrams. We compare label amounts with research doses whenever the label allows.
  • Safety on every product page. Side effects, drug interactions and people who should avoid the product are covered, not hidden.
  • No fake social proof. We do not invent testimonials, star ratings, customer counts, experts or "as seen on" badges. If we show customer screenshots, they are genuine and labeled as individual experiences.
  • Seller information is attributed. Prices, shipping, guarantees and stock status come from the seller and can change; we label them "according to the seller" and recheck them regularly.

Sources we use

We prefer, in this order: systematic reviews and meta-analyses; randomized controlled trials in people; government health sources such as the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) and MedlinePlus; respected clinical references such as Memorial Sloan Kettering's About Herbs database; and finally the seller's own materials, which we treat as claims to be checked. We list references at the end of articles that make research claims.

How affiliate links affect us

We earn a commission when a reader buys through our links, which are processed by ClickBank. Commission rates never decide what we write or how we score the product. Our review gives the product a moderate score and spells out cheaper alternatives, even though that may cost us sales. Read the affiliate disclosure for details.

Hands-on testing

Unless an article clearly says otherwise, our product assessments are research-based: we analyze the formula, label, pricing and terms rather than reporting a personal trial. If the author personally uses the product, we will describe that experience separately and label it as one person's experience.

Updates and corrections

We review each product page at least every six months and whenever the seller changes its prices, guarantee or formula. Every page shows a "last updated" date. If you find an error, email contact@nitricbootultra.com with the page and the issue. We aim to review reports within a few business days and correct confirmed mistakes promptly.
